MICOE Heat Pump Warm Station Recognized as a Demonstration Project for Heating in Severe Cold Regions of China
Recently, an expert delegation from the Heat Pump Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association visited the MICOE Heat Pump Warm Station in Harbin as part of the "Demonstration Project for Air Source Heat Pump Heating in Severe Cold Regions of China" initiative. Following an on-site inspection and professional evaluation, the MICOE Heat Pump Warm Station was officially designated as a "Demonstration Project for Air Source Heat Pump Heating in Severe Cold Regions of China."

During the visit, the delegation, along with industry leaders, experts, and guests, witnessed the unveiling of a real-time monitoring station for air source heat pump heating in extreme cold regions. This station will provide real-time data analysis of MICOE air source heat pumps operating in harsh winter conditions, offering valuable insights for future product development and optimization. Zhao Hengyi, Deputy Supervisor of the China Energy Conservation Association and Secretary-General of the Heat Pump Committee, praised MICOE's efforts in promoting industry knowledge and adoption in Harbin. He emphasized that the MICOE Heat Pump Warm Station successfully demonstrates the application of heat pump technology in extreme cold regions, significantly advancing the adoption of air source heat pumps in such areas.

In recent years, as environmental awareness has grown and the need for energy transition has become more urgent, air source heat pumps have gained widespread attention as an energy-efficient heating solution. However, their application in the severe cold regions of northern China has faced numerous challenges. MICOE air source heat pump heating systems have been installed in several locations, including the Harbin Sophia Warm Station·Zero Carbon Cabin, the Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival Warm Station, and the Yabuli Ski Resort Warm Station. Even in temperatures as low as -36°C, MICOE heat pump systems have demonstrated stable operation, proving their reliability and efficiency.

In the severe cold regions of northeastern China, traditional heating methods often struggle with reduced efficiency and unstable performance. MICOE has overcome these challenges through innovative technologies such as the DHC Variable Frequency Heating Core, integrated heating and cooling systems, and the CAS Smart Control System. These advancements ensure efficient and stable operation in extreme cold, significantly improving the heating experience for users and providing a reliable, high-performance solution for clean heating in severe cold regions.

MICOE heat pump systems have consistently proven their effectiveness in extreme cold conditions, offering a viable and cost-effective alternative to municipal heating. Notably, MICOE heat pump systems have been successfully deployed in Antarctica, providing heating for the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station, supporting China's polar research efforts. In Mohe, known for its extreme cold, MICOE has established the region's first large-scale commercial heat pump heating and cooling project, setting a new benchmark for the industry. Additionally, projects such as the Mudanjiang Roman Garden Hotel Smart Energy Station, the Hegang Biyoute Logistics Park Heating Project, the Liaoning Panjin Huayuan Times City Commercial Complex Smart Energy Station, and the recently completed heating project in the Snow Town Scenic Area further demonstrate MICOE's leadership in the field.
In northeastern China, MICOE's heat pump systems have gained widespread recognition for their stable performance in ultra-low temperatures, aligning with local energy transition policies and market demands. This success extends beyond the region, with MICOE systems also excelling in other severe cold areas such as Inner Mongolia, northern Xinjiang, northern Tibet, and Qinghai. By driving energy structure optimization and promoting low-carbon living, MICOE has become a key player in advancing sustainable development in these regions.
The recognition of the MICOE Heat Pump Warm Station as a "Demonstration Project for Heating in Severe Cold Regions" is a testament to its outstanding contributions to the industry and its commitment to providing efficient, sustainable heating solutions in the most challenging environments.
